USM Pitcher Tanner Hall receives All-American honors

In just one-week, Southern Miss ace Tanner Hall has received not only one, but two different All-American honors for his performance this year.

The Hall American was named a starting pitcher First Team All-American by Baseball America and D1 Baseball.

In 2023, the Golden Eagle junior was 12-4 with a 2.48 ERA with 124 strikeouts in 112-and-a-third innings.

Those 12 wins tied for second most in a season in school history and his 302 career strikeouts tied for third all-time.

The Friday Night starter is also the Sun Belt Pitcher of the Year and Sun Belt Championship most outstanding player and should be an early MLB Draft pick next month.
