Caregivers honored by Mississippi Heroes at luncheon

Mississippi Heroes honored Coast caregivers for their selfless dedication.

Caregivers from all walks of life were celebrated at a special luncheon held today at the Knight Nonprofit Center.

The lunch brought together a diverse group of people, all sharing a common bond of compassion and commitment.

The caregivers have been honored over the past year as Mississippi Heroes. These people have been recognized for their work helping others.

Katherine Sutton, Mississippi Heroes executive director, appreciates the sacrifices of these caregivers. “A lot of them sacrifice either time, money, or just their personal health care and that’s one of the things we want to do is bring value so they can fill their cup, they can be the best that they can be so they can take care of the other people in the community.”
