Inaugural Jeep Parade at Seashore Highland in Gulfport
Seashore Highland residents kicked off their list of summer events with their inaugural Jeep parade to celebrate Jeepin the Coast.
Seniors enjoyed two laps of four-wheel rides while throwing ducks at their favorites. The duck phenomena began as a way to show kindness to other Jeepers during the pandemic.
Residents were also gifted beads as the Jeeps went cruising by.
Executive Director Jennifer Persechino is looking forward to many more Jeep parades. “This is the first year we’ve done our official Jeep parade. We are looking forward to making it an official event. So, we’re really excited to get this one under our belt. We actually have one of our executive directors from our Columbus campus that’s going to be leading the parade today.”
Jeepin the Coast events continue throughout the weekend.
