Biloxi PD searching for missing man Devern Taylor

The Biloxi Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in helping to locate a missing male subject.

The male subject is Devern Taylor, a 51-year-old. He is 5’10” tall and around 160 lbs. He has brown eyes and is bald. It is unknown if he still has a beard. The picture below is from 2022.

He might be with a female named Amanda. They are believed to be in Long Beach, MS, near or around 1000 Park Row Avenue.
