Making memories at the annual D’Iberville-St. Martin North Bay Mardi Gras parade

Carnival lovers continued the party yesterday as they flocked to the streets of D’Iberville for the annual D’Iberville-St. Martin North Bay Mardi Gras Parade.

What a turnout! And the crowd was treated to some beautiful weather.

Spears, moon pies, and beads were some of the many throws paradegoers snagged from the floats.

For first time D’Iberville Paradegoer Amanda Rankin says it was all about getting her children in the Mardi Gras spirit. “Letting them catch the beads, get the experience as when I was a child their age. Just the experience, just overall great experience.”
