Rep. Jeramey Anderson will run for Moss Point mayor
House District 110 Representative Jeramey Anderson announced he will run for the Moss Point mayoral position.
The Moss Point native was elected to the chamber through a special election in November 2013. At 21 years old, Anderson became the youngest African-American elected to a legislature in United States history.
His campaign slogan, ‘restoring hope,’ refers to tackling problems like economic hardships, crime, government transparency, and improving the quality of life in the City of Moss Point.
Representative Anderson will be running against incumbent Mario King.
