Pedestrian involved train accident in Biloxi

A train collided with a pedestrian this evening in Biloxi.

Biloxi police say they responded to the scene on Iris Street where Major Chris De Back says it appears a man was struck while trying to beat the train.

The man was transported to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
