Mandatory evacuation of all vessels for South Mississippi harbors ahead of Sally

(WXXV) — Due to potential impacts from Tropical Storm Sally, some local harbors and marinas have issued mandatory orders for vessels to evacuate.

According to a post to the Gulfport Mayor’s Office on Facebook, all vessels must be removed from the Gulfport Municipal Marina by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13.

Additionally, all vessels must be evacuated from Pass Christian Harbor on Sunday, September 13, according to Pass Christian Mayor Chipper McDermott.
