Southern Miss still planning on Louisiana Tech

Another talking point during Coach Walden’s press conference was USM’s next game on September 19^th against Louisiana Tech.

As a result of 38 positive tests for COVID-19 after Hurricane Laura, the Bulldogs had to postpone Saturday’s game against Baylor, leading to a lot of speculation as to whether or not the Golden Eagles would have a game the following week.

However, Coach Walden says as far as he’s concerned the first Conference USA match up of the year is 100 percent happening at least until further notice.
