Ocean Springs baseball: Bray Hubbard commits to Southern Miss

Ocean Springs baseball standout Bray Hubbard making a big life decision earlier than most, giving his verbal commitment to the Southern Miss Golden Eagles this afternoon.

The rising sophomore can just about do it all on the diamond, leaving the Greyhounds with a .481 batting average through the first 12 games of his COVID-shortened freshman season.

Hubbard’s primary position is in the outfield where he ranks as a 7 out of 10 according to Perfect Game with plenty of room to grow as a class of 2023 prospect.
