Arrested for aggravated assault

On April 6, 2020 officers responded to the 1000 block of Frank P Corso, Biloxi for a report of an assault.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, a white male in his 50’s, lying on the ground in a residence. The alleged suspect, later identified as 26 year old Hunter Bryce Garcia, had fled the scene.

The victim was taken to a local medical facility for extensive medical treatment.  After a thorough investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Garcia, charging him with aggravated assault. Justice Court Nick Patano set the bond at $250,000.00.

On April 30, 2020 at approximately 1200, Garcia was located in the area of Bay Hill Court Biloxi, MS and taken into custody.  He was transported to the Biloxi Police Department.  After being booked in he was taken to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
