Biloxi PD looking for missing person: Charles R. Dobbs

The Biloxi Police Department is requesting your assistance in helping to locate a 63-year-old man who has been reported missing.

Charles R. Dobbs was reported missing on March 11, 2020. He was last reportedly seen in the 400 block of Veterans Ave. on February 28, 2020.

He is described as being about 5’9” tall. He has several health issues and takes medications for the health issues. He is reported to use public transportation.
