Possession of a weapon arrest

Biloxi police arrested a man late Sunday night, charging him with felon in possession of a weapon.

Biloxi police encountered Roberto Cruz near the 7200 block of Woolmarket Road while investigating a possible DUI incident.

During the incident, Cruz was allegedly found to be in possession of a firearm and was previously convicted of a felony.

He was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a weapon and is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
