SBA Assistance Available for South Mississippi Businesses Affected by 2019’s Toxic Algae Bloom

The United States Small Business Administration is ready to give residents one-on-one assistance at a resource center in Hancock County, but its only for a limited time, although you can also apply on line. Public Affairs Specialist Julie Garrett and Nikki Moon, President , Board of Directors for Coastal Mississippi,  share what you need to know for this SBA assistance on News 25 Today.

The SBA is operating a temporary Business Recovery Center where you can get one-on-one assistance. It’s inside the Veterans office of the Hancock Resource Center, 454 HWY 90, Waveland. The hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, and closed on Sunday. The center closes at 4 p.m. on its final day of operation, which is Wed., Feb. 12.
