Felony Credit Card Fraud arrest

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 39-year-old Shannon Marie Dowdy of Biloxi on an arrest warrant for felony credit card fraud.

The arrest was the result of an investigation into to a complainant in which Dowdy allegedly stole a credit card and made several transactions within the City Of Biloxi. The incident occurred on October 11, 2019 near the 600 block of Bayview Avenue Biloxi, Mississippi.

Dowdy was placed into custody and transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. She was incarcerated on a $25,000 bond imposed by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
