Renaissance the Runway

Models ripped the runway tonight for a good cause.

The fourth annual ‘Renaissance the Runway’ hosted at the IP Casino Resort Spa featured local leaders throughout the community strutting their stuff down the runway including our very own Taylor Rubach and Gabby Easterwood.

The event is to raise funds for the Bacot McCarty Foundation which is operated exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes including the encouragement of art and further education in Jackson County and South Mississippi.  Fashion Show Coordinator Andi Oustalet said, “A lot of work did go into this, not just by me, but the Bacot McCarty Foundation. They have such a wonderful group of amazing volunteers who work for them and their board of directors. They all work very hard.”

First Honorary Chairperson Susan Hunt said, “We’ve got Miss Mississippi. We’ve got Mrs. Mississippi. We’ve got Miss Mississippi USA. We’ve got pageant queens and homecoming queens and then we’ve got Mardi Gras. So, we’ve got all phases along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.”
