Biloxi man arrested, charged with uttering forgery

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 52-year-old Frank Charles Leone on Wednesday on the charge of Uttering Forgery.

The arrest was a result of an investigation into a complaint, in which Leone allegedly uttered a counterfeit check in an amount exceeding $1,000.00.

The incident occurred near the 600 block of Bayview Avenue in Biloxi.
