‘Renaissance the Runway’ coming to IP Casino

One of the signature events for the Bacot McCarty Foundation and a Coast favorite is right around the corner.

‘Renaissance the Runway’ is set for January 30th. This fashion show features local boutiques and shops from across the Coast. Those wearing the clothes are no ordinary models. They are community leaders and model citizens.

They are already almost sold out even before they have officially announced the event.

The money raised goes back to help out youth and future Coast leaders with scholarship opportunities within the foundation.  Bacot McCarty Foundation Director Todd Trenchard said, “This event is just another way we can showcase our local businesses, pairing with community models. But the real intent is to bring awareness and needs and one of those is scholarships for young people to go to college. So that is what we will be raising money for that night and have a little fun doing it. But again the kids are what it’s all about.”

If you miss the fashion show, don’t worry we will have a recap here on News 25. Our very own News 25’s Gabby Easterwood and Taylor Rubach will be modeling.
