Fatal pedestrian accident in Jackson County

Early Saturday morning, around 5:30 a.m., Mississippi Highway Patrol worked an accident involving a pedestrian in Jackson County.

Neal James Doss Jr. was pronounced dead on the scene.

It happened on Fredrick Street in Jackson County as a 2017 Toyota Tacoma was traveling south on Highway 63 when Doss walked out in front of the vehicle.
