Arrested for stolen property

Two men are now behind bars following reports of stolen property in Long Beach.

Police arrested 30-year-old Shameek Webb of Long Beach and 30-year-old Matthew Curtrer of Biloxi and charged them with one count of possession of stolen property and one count of felony evasion.

Police say Webb and Cutrer stole a vehicle and attempted to evade law enforcement. They were transported to the Harrison County Jail and are being held on a $50,000 bond.
