“It’s a Wonderful Life” Live at Center Stage Theater
For many watching “It’s a Wonderful Life” on TV is a holiday tradition, but this year you can see the story told live on stage.
Following ten years of success in New Orleans, the NOLA Voice Talent Foundation is bringing its production of “It’s a Wonderful Life” to the Center Stage in Biloxi.
This performance will be very unique as it is produced as a radio play on stage and will feature local talent.
There will also be many holiday themed activities for the whole family to enjoy before and after the performance.
Proceeds from the play will benefit the Center Stage Theater. Producer/Director Stephen James said, “Everyone who comes to see this version of “It’s a Wonderful Life” is absolutely blown away. I just think about everyone has seen the movie. We all have several times, but to see it as a radio play like this with a cast of about 20 people with the microphones performing it as a radio play on stage just like they did way back in the 1940s.”
You can catch the play this weekend at 7 p.m. on Saturday and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. General admission tickets are $20 and discounts are available for seniors, military, and juniors.
