Peter Anderson Festival Weekend Parking Plans

Even more roads in the downtown Ocean Springs area will be closed down for this weekend’s Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival. The 41st Annual Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival takes place this weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, and is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors, along with hundreds of vendors on site throughout the downtown area.

Certain streets will be closed to thru traffic from 3 am Saturday, November 2nd, through 7 pm, Sunday, November 3rd.

Here’s a look at just a few of the road closures for the two day festival: Washington avenue from Calhoun Street to Bienville Boulevard; Government Street from Washington Avenue to Magnolia Street, and Porter Avenue from Bellande Avenue to Jackson Avenue.

Vehicles parked within the festival footprint will be towed starting at 3 am Saturday. Towing will be a last resort.
