9/4 – Sam Parker’s “Flood Potential” Wednesday Evening Forecast

Showers to move up from the gulf tonight and stick around for Thursday morning. watching the upper level low in the gulf to move eastward which giving us the high chance for rain Thursday and Friday. flood watch is in effect until Friday at 7pm so the concern is many inches of rainfall stacking up day by day. Flash flooding is still a concern as well as South Mississippi is in a slight risk (level 2/4) chance for flash flooding. Pack the rain coat and keep the umbrella close!
