9/19 – Trey Tonnessen’s “Big Lodge” Thursday Night Forecast
Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen
Similar to Wednesday night, the Mississippi Gulf Coast has no precipitation Thursday night. A few showers in Louisiana, over lower Plaquemines Parish and a few over St. Charles Parish are all that’s showing up on the radar. No lightning since prior to sunset today. Our airmass is rather dry above 700 mb. Perhaps a 10 percent mention in the forecast would be overstating things. Into tomorrow we will see much of the same, as the ridge continues to try to push eastward further into our area. Showers are even less likely tomorrow afternoon. The low 90s are likely for the majority of the coast tomorrow.
