South Mississippi is in for a hot and mostly sunny Thursday, with Heat Advisories in effect.

We have been picking up a fair amount of rainfall along parts of the coastline this morning, but most of the area will stay dry as the day goes on. A few isolated showers or thunderstorms will still be possible. Highs will reach around 95°, but feeling as hot as 110°.

Tonight will be mostly clear, with temperatures cooling into the upper 70s.
