8/11 – Sam Parker’s “Still Dry Weather” Sunday Night Forecast

High pressure will continue to dominate the weather pattern for the next few days. Tonight through Tuesday morning, conditions will continue to be drier and hot. A slight chance of an isolated shower is possible tomorrow afternoon, which could have some lightning and brief, gusty winds. But for much of the area, tomorrow will be dry and similar to the conditions we saw this past weekend. Highs are forecast to be in the upper 90s with heat index values in the low to mid 100s for most of the area. The moisture looks to come back this week though.  Be sure to stay hydrated!
