7/17 – Sam’s “Warm and Breezy” Thursday Evening Forecast

Rain chance returns again on Friday

Tonight brings a 50% chance of scattered showers and storms under mostly cloudy skies, with lows hovering near 78. Friday looks wetter, with widespread showers and thunderstorms likely through the day. Some storms could bring heavy rainfall, and highs will top out around 88.

Rain chances taper off a bit Friday night but don’t go away completely. More storms are expected on Saturday, especially in the afternoon, though you’ll catch some sunshine too. Highs will climb to the low 90s. Saturday night looks quiet with mostly clear skies.

By Sunday, we transition into a drier but hotter pattern. Pop-up storms are still possible each afternoon through midweek, but coverage will be more hit-or-miss. Temperatures will steadily rise, with highs reaching the mid-90s by Tuesday. If you’re spending time outdoors, stay weather-aware and keep cool!
