6th Annual Living Legend’s Ball

The Moss Point Visionary Circle and Patricia Green Presents the 6th Annual Living Legends Ball that took Place Saturday June, 4 at the Eastside Community Center. The ball honors living legends and this year’s theme was the United States Military. Sharon Caples McDougle was the suit tech for Dr. Mae Jemison for her historic mission as the first black woman to travel into space. McDougle worked closely with Jemison during her historic mission aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavor.

Henry Beard, enlisted in the United States Army in 1966. He completed two tours of Duty one in Europe and one in Viet Nam where he received the Purple Heart Award.
