6/9 – Rob’s Friday Eve Forecast
As high-pressure has a firm hold east of the continental divide, the mercury will continue to climb into the upper 80/low 90s inland. The dry conditions will come to an end Friday as a return-flow begins to increase humidity and bring a very saturated tropical air mass back into the area. Friday through the weekend will bring an increase in cloud coverage along with 40-60% chance for early morning and then again afternoon t-storms. Humidity and hot temps will bring the HEAT INDEX into play as “FEELS LIKE” temps will be in the mid/upper 90s for the weekend.
