66-year-old man charged on two counts of human trafficking in Pascagoula

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- A man is behind bars and an investigation is underway after Pascagoula police officers conducted an operation following a tip regarding alleged prostitution activity at a business.

Officers initiated an undercover operation at Asian Acupressure on Denny Avenue. During the operation, officers found evidence of prostitution.

As a result of the investigation, all employees present at the location were taken into custody. Officers executed a search warrant at the business.

Sixty-six-year-old Thomas Knowles has been charged with two counts of human trafficking. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.

The business has had their license revoked and it has been condemned.
