6/14 – Jeff’s “Hot & Unsettled” Wednesday Night Forecast
It will remain warm and humid overnight. Winds out of the southwest will continue to keep the hot pattern in place for South Mississippi. Any threat of severe weather will be out of the picture overnight. Tomorrow will be another very hot and humid day across South Mississippi. The storm track will shift slightly and bring more rain potential.
This will also hold true for Friday. There will be the threat for strong-to-severe thunderstorms both days as there will be plenty of wind energy to work with. Another story will be the heat. It will feel like 110 degrees at times and heat alerts may be necessary. The pattern looks to be persistent into Father’s Day Weekend.
