5/23 – Rob’s “Monday Afternoon” Forecast

After a beautiful sunny morning, high-pressure to our north will continue to bring SUNNY/DRY CONDITIONS through much of the workweek. Systems moving east from the Central Plains will not make it into the region as high-pressure suppresses the activity through the weekend. A return-flow will begin Tuesday night bringing the HUMIDITY back into play. Heading into the MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, a cold front will move through the area providing for a 30-40% chance for showers and thunderstorms Saturday.
