5/10 Rob’s “Tue Afternoon” Forecast
After a cloudy morning, low-level drying continues now putting the area under partly cloudy skies. High-pressure in the NE’tern Gulf will continue to block the SE from any major systems through Thursday night. A cold front will approach the area Friday morning providing for showers and thunderstorms through the day, but mainly the afternoon. The front will clear the area late evening with clearing skies as drier air moves in for the weekend.
