5/7 – Sam Parker’s “Not Done Yet” Wednesday Night Forecast

A good round of rain showers today and we are looking ahead to a few more in the coming days. Over 2″ of rain recorded at GPT from all the rain earlier. Heading into Thursday models are going back and forth for rain during the day. Our weather systems model does include scattered storms through out the day. While the global model the HRRR has all of the rain showers staying to the south in the Gulf. Although both models are in agreeance for more showers and thunderstorms for Friday. This weekend our front looks to stall and the moisture looks to continue to stay for portions of our weekend.
