5/1 – Sam Parker’s “Stretch of Rain” Thursday Night Forecast

Friday and Saturday look to still be on the rainy side so have the rain gear ready. We saw some storms earlier this morning and that cooled thing down for a bit butt we got back in to the heat quickly in the afternoon. Overnight looks to stay dry but cloudy. Friday we could see some small development in the late morning/afternoon hours leading into higher chances Friday evening. Storms from the west look to weaken coming into south Mississippi Friday night but the cold front comes closer and we are met with more storms developing Saturday morning. storms look to stay on and off most of Saturday and could lead to some  local flooding issues. The cold front passes and will help Sunday and Mondays weather to be less humid. Those are the days to enjoy the outdoors. Looking ahead to next week looks to be another longer rain pattern.
