4/18 – Rob’s “Monday Afternoon” Forecast

Although we only have thin upper-level clouds in the area…at times they compound providing for mostly cloudy skies. These are non-rain producers and will be in the area for the rest of the week. High pressure will block the eastern seaboard from a system along eastern Tx through Wednesday. As the high-pressure breaks down and move east, the clouds with thicken Wednesday with rain moving in Wednesday night/Thursday. This slow moving front will affect the local area Thursday into Friday before moving to the east. Friday night will bring clearing with sunny skies and warm temperatures for the weekend.
