There may be a new victim testifying against an Ocean Springs bus driver accused of sexual abuse.
Prosecutors are asking a judge to allow a girl to testify about how Sergio Sandoval gave her candy, rubbed her back and gave her a pet name.
They say this testimony intends to show the type of suspected quote sexual-abuse grooming behavior he used on a different girl he is also accused of molesting.
The former ocean springs school bus driver has not been arrested on any charges involving the child who prosecutors are requesting to be a witness.
