31st Annual Toy Run Motorcycle Ride
If you enjoy a nice motorcycle ride with the wind at your back, you could go for one this Sunday and benefit a good cause in the process.
The Asgard Motorcycle Club is hosting the 31st annual Toy Run. Riders are asked to donate either $10 or bring a toy or clothing item for children. There are a few starting points, including Kapp’s Hideaway in the Kiln at 10 a.m., Gulfport Dragway or the Gautier Chevron station at 11 and the Home Depot on Cedar Lake Road at noon. The ride ends at the Knights of Columbus in Biloxi with an after party starting at 2 p.m. at the Harley Shop on Cedar Lake.
Organizers tell News 25 the event has grown tremendously over the years and it’s all for the kids.
The Asgard Motorcycle Club is expecting between 500 to 700 riders to turn out on Sunday. Toy donations will be given to Catholic Services. They will hand them out to families. Any money donated will be distributed to various charities across the Coast.
