2nd Boating Incident In Mississippi

Not even an hour later DMR officials responded to a similar call in Long Beach where three kayakers flipped over just south of “Arbor Station Apartments”.

One of the kayakers managed to make it to shore and call 911.

Another was found clinging to a kayak about three miles from the beach and the third was found about one mile from shore tirelessly treading water after her kayak had sunk. None of the kayakers rescued were wearing life jackets at the time.
