28th annual Crawfish Music Festival set to kick off this evening
The 28th annual Crawfish Festival will soon be in full swing later today.
The grounds on the Coast Coliseum in Biloxi once again will play host to piping hot crawfish sales along with other savory goodies, alongside fun rides the entire family can enjoy.
This year’s festival kicks off this evening and runs through Sunday, April 18th. Live entertainment will take to the stage, rain or shine. Coast Coliseum Executive Director Matt McDonnell said, “This year our lineup is fantastic. A lot of advanced ticket sales have occurred. Every one of the acts we have will play. Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, we’ll get them in. Just watch the weather. When it clears up, you know we’re going to be there. If you’ve got tickets to the show and it’s raining, we’ll be inside playing. Just keep an eye on the weather, and we look to have you out one of the days over the next five days.”
There are safety guidelines in place such as limited reserved seating that must be purchased in pods of two or four seats for concerts.
