2/29 – Rob’s “Leap-Day” Forecast

Temperatures warmed through the weekend with even warmer conditions on-tap today. A weak cold front in northern Mississippi with a south wind will push the mercury into the 70 degree range. The front will lag north of south Mississippi until Tuesday afternoon when a batch of upper-level energy will enhance…and push the front through the area. Isolated showers and a few t-storms can be expected with only a minor cool-down Wed/Thur before warming into the weekend.
