227 grams of suspected fentanyl found during traffic stop
Pearl River County, Miss. (WXXV)- A traffic stop in Pearl River County caused investigators to seize 227 grams of suspected fentanyl.
The incident happened on December 16th in the Cross Roads community.
Two investigators saw a car with an obstructed tag, performing a traffic stop.
Inside was Timothy Brown of Bogalusa, Louisiana.
Investigators searched his car and found 227 grams of suspected fentanyl under the driver’s seat.
Brown was placed under arrest for trafficking a controlled substance.
