21-year-old charged in stolen vehicle case in D’Iberville

A 21-year-old man is in jail, charged with stealing a vehicle that was left on the roadside.

D’Iberville Police Chief Shannon Nobles said Dylan John Lebouef was arrested Sunday and is in the Harrison County jail on a $25,000 bond set by Judge Albert Fountain.

D’Iberville police say the vehicle was taken either Saturday night or early Sunday. The vehicle had been abandoned on the side of the road near the Interstate 10 and Interstate 110 exchange, police said.

The vehicle’s license plate was entered into the national crime database and shortly after, was seen at the RaceTrac gas station on Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs.

Lebouef was arrested without incident.
