2025 Labor Day Enforcement Period Recap
Mississippi Highway Patrol has released the numbers for this year’s Labor Day enforcement period across the state.
Statewide, MHP issued 5,152 citations, made 92 DUI arrests, and responded to 159 crashes, including three deadly crashes in the northern part of the state.
The numbers in all these categories are down significantly compared to the 2024 Labor Day enforcement period.
