Interesting weather over the last 24 hours, and other than being calm and cold tonight could be as well. Most notably, a short-wave low pressure feature could bring enough moisture tonight to see some short-lived wintry precipitation. It’s not looking very likely at all, but there is at least a small chance between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM. If anything happens at all, the most likely culprits will be light sleet or a flurry.
This won’t cause any significant issues, but could make overpasses and bridges more slick, so exercise caution.
Overall tonight’s low will linger near last night’s in the mid-30s, but with calm winds. Tomorrow afternoon will warm considerably from today, high out of the low 40s and into the low 50s. That lingering cloud cover will finally clear out, so expect much more sun through the middle and end of the week.
