Harrison County School District will now offer a virtual option
The Harrison County School District has revised its back to school plan for the upcoming school year.
Today, the district approved a virtual learning option for any family wishing to take that route. Previously, the board announced distance learning would be available only for families with health concerns related to COVID-19.
According to the plan, students who choose the virtual learning option must have access to a computer and internet and must commit to that option for an entire semester.
