The law office of James Gray in Picayune caught on fire early this morning.
The office is located on West Canal Street and caught fire around 3 a.m., according to workers at the office.
The son of James Gray is connected to a missing person case. His son, Dustin Gray, is wanted in connection to the disappearance of Willie Jones, a 28-year-old man missing since July 6th.
Gray says this about his son, “I don’t know where he is. He hasn’t contacted me. I don’t think he will contact me. I’m not going to represent him and I’m not going to pay for someone to represent him. He is somewhere the police and I don’t know where he is.”
Gray said, “Someone told me about it. I don’t do social media. They told me there was a threat to burn my law office down as recently as yesterday and I get a call at 3 in the morning that my office had burned.”
Robert Landor said, “Brother Gray is a good man and I got children. My boy does things he don’t have any business, but it don’t have anything to do with the way I raised him. We just have to understand that we can’t be held accountable for what other people do.”
