2020 New Year’s Eve Oyster Ball Drop

Looking for something to get into for the New Year? Well, the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum will drop the ball in 2020: the oyster ball!

The festivities are endless with live entertainment, great food, delicious drinks, and party favors galore.

Of course, the night caps off with the big oyster ball dropping from the top of the museum at midnight.

For the past four years now, this event has been the perfect way to usher in a fresh start to the New Year. Corey Christy with the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum said, “They can expect just a fun, friendly night. That’s the thing that stood out to me while I’ve been working it. There are people from all over the region, which is great. You get to meet new people. Of course, there are a lot of locals here as well. It’s just a fun friendly casual night.”

The event kicks off at 8:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Admission is $75 a person and you must be 21 or older to participate.
