The deadline to be eligible to cast a ballot is October 7th.
For those looking to update voter information visit the Circuit Clerk’s website and download an application to change your registration. For those who can’t make it out during the week or are unable to mail in an application, the Circuit Clerk’s Office will be open Saturday October 5th from 8 to 12 p.m.
Harrison County Circuit Clerk Connie Ladner says she can’t stress enough the importance of preparing to cast your ballot. “Particularly with this election, it’s important to update your information. It is every time, but this election is district wide. So it is very important for you to update your information, where you live, so you can actually vote on the officials that actually represent you.”
