Crawfish and more crawfish is exactly what is on the menu for Climb CDC’s inaugural Crawfish Boil and Cookout.
The festivities will kick off at Climb CDC on Friday at noon. With just a $20 donation you can enjoy an entire plate of crawfish plus a free drink. They will also have a bounce house and obstacle course for kids as well as 50/50 raffle which they are aiming to split $5,000 with the winner.
All of the money made during the crawfish boil will go straight to help fund Climb CDC programs. Jourdan Hartshorn with Climb CDC said, “Climb CDC helps 16 to 26 year olds get their GED, their high school diploma, national certifications of culinary arts, money smart, financial literacy. Things that will help benefit them once they graduate this program.”
